Job Description
Field Execution:
Lead and complete residential/commercial water treatment system installations (softeners, RO systems, filtration units). Service & Route Management:
Oversee and execute routine service calls, filter replacements, and scheduled salt deliveries. Customer Experience:
Educate clients on their new systems and naturally introduce them to our ongoing filter replacement and salt subscription models. Process Creation:
Work directly with the founder to write the Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for installations, vehicle stocking, and safety to prepare for future hires. Team Leadership (Growth Phase): Train, mentor, and manage incoming service technicians as the business expands. What You Bring to the Table Proven hands-on experience in water treatment installation, plumbing, or a closely related field service industry. A "lean startup" mentality: You are scrappy, resourceful, and ready to roll up your sleeves to get things done. Strong customer-facing communication skills. A clean driving record and valid driver's license. The desire to build something from the ground up and eventually lead a team. Because we are in a high-growth phase, we have structured a compensation plan that pairs a reliable base income with uncapped upside as you help us expand. Phase 1: Foundation (Months 1-6) Base Pay:
Competitive starting hourly rate or base salary designed to provide reliable income while we build density in our service routes. Installation Bonuses:
Flat-rate bonus for every successful, zero-defect water system installation completed. Subscription Incentives:
Commission paid for every customer you sign up for our recurring salt delivery or filter replacement subscription plans. Phase 2: Management & Scaling (Months 6-12) Base Increase:
Base salary bump upon successfully onboarding and managing your first junior technician. Service Plan Revenue Share:
A percentage of the net profit generated by the recurring salt and filter subscription routes that you manage. Phase 3: Multi-City Expansion (Year 1+) Branch Leadership:
As we framework our multi-city expansion, you will have the opportunity to step into a Regional Operations Manager role. Profit-Sharing /Licensing:
