Job Summary We are seeking a reliable, hard-working, and detail-oriented Mitigation Technician to join our team. You will be responsible for responding to property damage emergencies (such as water, fire, mold, or storm damage), performing mitigation and restoration services, and ensuring a safe, clean, and professional job site. This role requires strong communication, physical stamina, and a commitment to excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

Respond to emergency calls for water, fire, mold, and storm damage Set up and monitor drying equipment (e.g., air movers, dehumidifiers) Perform demolition and removal of damaged materials Clean and sanitize affected areas following safety protocols Take moisture readings and document job progress accurately Follow instructions from the Crew Leader or Project Manager Maintain a clean and organized job site and company vehicle Ensure compliance with OSHA and company safety guidelines Communicate professionally with customers, teammates, and supervisors Skills High school diploma or equivalent Valid driver's license with clean driving record Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in confined spaces, attics, crawlspaces, etc. Willingness to work overtime, on-call shifts, weekends, and holidays as needed Strong work ethic and attention to detail Good communication and interpersonal skills Prior experience in mitigation or restoration is a plus IICRC certification(s) (WRT, ASD, etc.) preferred but not required
