You are responsible for assessing damage, executing mitigation strategies, and restoring residential and commercial properties to safe and habitable conditions. This position requires hands-on work in challenging environments, strong attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering exceptional service to clients during stressful situations. You will work closely with team members and supervisors to carry out restoration procedures, including water extraction, structural drying, fire residue cleanup, and mold remediation. The role demands physical stamina, technical skill, and a proactive attitude toward safety and customer care. Key Responsibilities Respond promptly to emergency calls involving water, fire, or mold damage. Assess affected areas to determine the scope and severity of damage. Perform water extraction, structural drying, and dehumidification. Conduct fire damage cleanup, including soot and smoke residue removal. Execute mold remediation procedures following industry safety standards. Set up and monitor specialized equipment such as air movers, dehumidifiers, and HEPA filters. Document job progress, conditions, and restoration activities accurately. Communicate clearly with clients about the restoration process and timelines.
