Machine Shop Operator - Day shift đź“Ť Mead, CO | đź’µ $25 to $30/hr, Monday to Friday Why This Role Rocks Looking for a hands-on role in a fast-paced, high-quality machine shop? Our weekend team in Mead, CO is growing, and we need a skilled Machine Shop Operator who takes pride in doing things right. If you enjoy solving problems, keeping machines humming, and contributing to a team that values efficiency and quality, this could be your perfect fit. What You'll Be Doing Set up jobs: build tools, fixturing, prep materials, and load work/tool offsets Work with programmers to monitor job progress and suggest improvements Troubleshoot and resolve issues quickly to minimize downtime Load and unload equipment and materials safely Offer ideas to improve shop efficiency and workflow Perform routine preventive maintenance on machinery Record readings and log data for machined parts Support daily operations while ensuring quality standards are met What We're Looking For Experience in machine shop operations or a similar hands-on field Comfortable using shop and quality lab tools/equipment Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills Physically able to handle shop work Thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment What You'll Get 3-day weekend schedule with 4 days off $22/hr, with 36 hours paid as 40 (includes 4 bonus hours) 401(k) with company match Paid time off Training and development opportunities to grow your skills
