Restoration Technician Details:
Temp-to-Hire position $23.00 to $25.00 /hour Full Time work available First Shift (Monday through Friday from 07:30am to 04:30pm) Assist with cleaning, repairing, and restoring residential and commercial properties damaged by water, fire, mold, storms, or other disasters. Perform debris removal, water extraction, demolition, drying, and dehumidification setup as needed. Clean, sanitize, and prepare affected areas for restoration or reconstruction. Follow safety procedures and properly document job progress, equipment use, and completed work. Provide professional customer service while working in physically demanding job site environments.
Restoration Technician Qualifications:
Previous restoration, construction, demolition, or general labor experience preferred. Ability to lift, carry, bend, stand, and work in physically demanding environments. Must be reliable, detail-oriented, and able to follow safety procedures. Comfortable working in residential and commercial job sites with strong customer service skills. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred. Applicant may be subject to a Motor Vehicle Report Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment A conviction record will not necessarily prevent you from being employed.
