Job Description

Hydro Service & Supplies is a leader in the design, fabrication, installation, and service of high purity water systems. What began as a small start-up Service DI (SDI) company in 1967 is today an industry standard for customized pretreatment and filtration skids, high purity water generation systems, storage and distribution skids, reclamation systems, and high-performance process skids for Life Sciences.
Responsibilities:
  • Traveling to customers' locations, remotely accessing equipment, and performing routine maintenance.
  • Completes all required administrative responsibilities in an accurate and timely manner.
  • Responsible for service calls within territory and account assignment.
  • Troubleshoots and diagnoses malfunctions to eliminate problem in minimum time.
  • Recommends solutions based on the Technical service manual and Field engineering to include our complete line of products.
  • Maintains parts inventory and keeps levels of inventory control and usages at peak performance.
  • Perform preventive maintenance on water treatment equipment such as water softeners, carbon filters, RO units, pumps, UV units, storage tanks, and more.
  • Be very flexible, and maintain an "on call" status when scheduled (Available for 24/7 emergency response) after completion of training. On call status will be scheduled in advance. Work overtime hours required during peak demands.
