Do you have a clean, valid driver's license? Driving a company work van is required for this role. Do you have at least two years of hands-on experience in restoration, water mitigation, or a closely related trade? This role is 40 to 50 hours per week and includes a shared after-hours and weekend on-call rotation, compensated at $25 per dispatched job with a $50 minimum per on-call week. Are you able to work those hours and take part in the rotation? This role involves consistent physical, hands-on work alongside documentation and customer communication, including lifting up to 50 lbs repeatedly and staying active throughout the workday. Are you willing and able to do this work? How long is your drive to Middletown? Describe your restoration or trade experience: employers, your role, how long, and the kinds of losses or projects you worked on. Have you run your own crew or truck?
