Job Description

SERVPRO® Team Skov is hiring a Restoration Supervisor for our Middletown office. This is a truck lead role. You run your own truck and you are the lead technician on the jobsite. You set the drying plan, you run the equipment, you document the loss, and you handle the customer. A Project Manager backs you up, but the job is yours. What You Will Own Lead a two or three person crew on water, fire, smoke, mold, and storm losses across Middlesex and Hartford counties Moisture mapping, the drying plan, equipment placement, and daily readings Insurance documentation and photos that hold up on the claim Customer communication on site, from the first walkthrough to the final check Your assigned truck, your equipment, and your share of warehouse order Who We Are Looking For At least two years of hands-on restoration, water mitigation, or closely related trade work. IICRC certifications are preferred and we pay for the ones you are missing. Prior crew lead, foreman, or supervisory experience counts for a lot. What matters most is that you can run a jobsite and a small crew without being managed through it. Pay and Hours Base pay $28.00 per hour, with increases tied to certifications and performance Full-time, 40 to 50 hours per week. Overtime is regular Shared after-hours and weekend on-call rotation: $25 per dispatched job, $50 minimum per on-call week Commercial travel bonus: $5 to $12 per hour worked, paid at project completion on out-of-town large loss claims Google Review bonus: $35 per review, $45 with photos Referral bonus: $300 per successful hire, paid at six months Typical first-year total earnings of $74,000 to $78,000 with overtime, on-call, and bonuses

$80,000 salaried, location level responsibility
