Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and skilled Field Service Technician to join our team and deliver exceptional on-site technical support across manufacturing facilities. In this role you will be traveling with a team to work on site to repair Industrial Radiators. The repairs range from solder repairs of damaged cores, to replacing cores, and also replacing complete radiators. Work time ranges from 1 to 5 days of onsite work. Travel for work is required and is throughout US. Travel expenses are covered by BGR Responsibilities Perform installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of industrial radiator applications. Diagnose electrical problems involving low voltage and high voltage systems; perform repairs following safety protocols. Operate industrial machinery such as lifting equipment, cranes, and A frame rigging Read and interpret schematics to build complete radiators in the fiels Collaborate with team members and customers to deliver excellent field service support while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. Requirements Proven experience working in an industrial maintenance or manufacturing facility environment with strong mechanical knowledge. Hands-on experience with industrial Power Equipment Ability to operate diagnostic tools such as voltmeters Experience working with CMMS software for maintenance tracking and scheduling. Strong analysis skills to troubleshoot complex mechanical issues efficiently. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate technical information clearly in English. Valid driver's license with the ability to operate field service vehicles safely
Pay:
$25.00 - $35.00 per hour
