Workday Full Job Description Essential Job Functions:

HES Field Technicians work with a Lead to complete assessments thoroughly and efficiently. They should be highly motivated, detail-oriented individuals with strong communication skills. Our HES Field Technicians should be attentive listeners and be able to follow direction well. HES Field Technicians use their hands-on experience to provide a quality service to customers while maintaining a positive relationship with all customers. HES Field Technicians must be comfortable working in small or enclosed places including attics, basements, and crawl spaces. Due to the public nature of contracts, this position requires initial drug screening.

Specific Daily responsibilities include:

• Completing the days assigned job quickly and safely
• Following direction and completing tasks without immediate oversight
• Communicating with customers to confirm appointments the day before
• Ability to upsell BantamWesson products and services
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized warehouse
• Monitoring material levels and communicating inventory needs

Minimum Required Qualifications:

• Be able to work comfortably in tight spaces such as attics, basements, or crawl spaces
• Arrive to work on time, clean, and dressed appropriately. Workday begins at 8am.
• Have a valid driver's license, clean driving record and reliable transportation
• Be able to pass both criminal background check and drug screening
• Observe safe standards in compliance with OSHA Education, Training and Experience
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Carpentry experience a plus Knowledge, Ability and Skill Ability to follow rules, regulations, and procedures Ability to work independently and follow through on assignments with minimal direction Ability to work well within a team environment Willingness to learn Ability to understand and interpret written/verbal instructions, rules, materials, and reports, and appropriately apply what is learned to specific situations Acts with autonomy to evaluate and choose the best option to solve problems Winning attitude and dedication to customer satisfaction The ability to speak clearly so others can understand you Works and communicates with clients and customers to satisfy their expectations and is committed to quality services Excellent organization skills and ability to multi-task Adapts quickly to changes

Physical Demands & Working Environment:

• Work involves almost constant exposure to unusual elements, such as extreme temperatures, toxic chemicals, biohazardous materials, dirt, dust, fumes, smoke, and/or loud noises.
• Work environment involves exposure to potentially dangerous materials and situations that require following extensive safety precautions and may include the use of protective equipment.
• Considerable physical activity.

Requires heavy physical work; heavy lifting, pushing, or pulling required of objects up to 50 pounds. Physical work is a primary part (more than 70%) of job.
