As the face of our company, you will play a crucial role in delivering, installing, and servicing high-quality Jacuzzi Wellness products (Hot Tubs, Swim Spas, Saunas, Cold Plunge) for our valued customers throughout Connecticut and the surrounding areas. Your professionalism and expertise will ensure a seamless and positive experience for every customer.

What You'll Do:

Deliver and professionally install spas and related equipment to customer homes. Safely operate company trucks and trailers, ensuring all merchandise is securely loaded and transported. Conduct on-site customer orientations, explaining spa operation and water care. Diagnose, troubleshoot, and perform repairs and maintenance on hot tubs. Assist with warehouse operations, including unloading shipments, managing inventory, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace. Refurbish pre-owned spas in our workshop. Uphold our company's high standards for customer service and professionalism.

What You'll Bring:

A strong work ethic and the ability to perform heavy lifting. A valid driver's license (at least 21 years of age) with a clean driving record. A mechanically inclined individual w/ 1-3 yrs experience with basic plumbing & electrical is a must! Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and professional demeanor. The ability to work independently and make sound decisions w/ minimal supervision. A commitment to safety in all aspects of your work. Prior experience with forklifts, driving trailers, or knowledge of the spa/pool industry is beneficial, but we are willing to train the right candidate with strong references. Must pass a pre-employment screening and background check.
