We serve schools, hospitals, occupational health providers, corporations, universities, ENTs, audiologists, and medical practices throughout New England and the Northeast. We are seeking a dependable, mechanically inclined Field Service Technician to join our team. No audiology experience is required—we provide paid training and certification. This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy working independently, solving technical problems, traveling, and building strong customer relationships. Veterans, former first responders, skilled trades professionals, and individuals with mechanical or technical experience are especially encouraged to apply. Compensation & Benefits $55,000-$75,000 annually , based on experience Company vehicle provided 401(k) with Company Match Paid training and certification Company tools, calibration equipment, and technology Stable, year-round employment Flexible work environment Opportunity to work independently Family-owned company with over 50 years of industry leadership Responsibilities Travel to customer locations including schools, hospitals, medical practices, and occupational health facilities Calibrate, test, troubleshoot, and repair audiometers and related medical equipment Verify equipment complies with OSHA regulations and ANSI standards Prepare calibration certificates and service documentation Maintain company equipment and vehicle Build long-term customer relationships through outstanding service Represent Lipin Dietz professionally and with integrity Qualifications High School Diploma or GED Valid driver's license Driving record acceptable for company insurance requirements Ability to safely lift and carry approximately 40 pounds Comfortable traveling throughout New England Comfortable using computers and tablets Mechanically inclined with strong problem-solving skills Able to work independently Successful completion of a background check, where permitted by law Preferred Experience Experience in one or more of the following is a plus: Military technical occupations Fire Department or EMS Law enforcement Electronics or electrical systems Biomedical equipment Aviation maintenance Industrial maintenance Mechanical repair Field service Why Join Lipin Dietz?
