Role:

All Dry Services of Florida Gulf Coast is looking for a skilled and motivated Field Technician to join our growing team in Brandon, FL. This is a hands-on role perfect for a technical professional who thrives in a dynamic, field-based environment. If you love solving problems and delivering results on-site, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

Work for an IICRC certified Lead Technician Extract water from flooded commercial & residential structures Perform on-site setup and decontamination of equipment Prepare structure for possible drywall/flooring demolition Demolition and removal of damaged material Communicate clearly with customers regarding service status and technical findings Document service calls, work orders, and field reports accurately Maintain company tools, vehicles, and equipment in proper working condition

Requirements:

Prior experience in a field technician, service technician, or related technical role is a plus Able to pass background check Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in the field Excellent communication and customer service skills Comfortable working in various indoor environments High school diploma or equivalent required; technical certifications a plus
