Job Description
About the Role As a Field Service Coordinator, you will act as the central hub for our technical operations, ensuring that our field teams are perfectly positioned to deliver high-quality service. You will leverage your organizational expertise to optimize technician deployment, driving operational efficiency and ensuring our clients receive timely, expert support for their critical industrial systems. Responsibilities Orchestrate daily and long-term service schedules, balancing technician skill sets with project requirements to maximize productivity. Manage the end-to-end coordination of complex field activities, including installations, preventative maintenance, and urgent troubleshooting. Serve as the primary liaison for customers, providing clear communication regarding service timelines, scope, and site readiness. Proactively resolve scheduling conflicts and resource gaps to ensure seamless service delivery and high customer satisfaction. Collaborate with warehouse and procurement teams to verify that all necessary parts, tools, and equipment are staged for dispatch. Maintain precise documentation within our ERP and CRM systems to track service milestones, labor efficiency, and project completion. Analyze workload trends and provide actionable insights to leadership to improve overall service capacity and response times. Qualifications Required Skills 3-5 years of experience in field service coordination, technical customer support, or industrial operations. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Outlook. Demonstrated experience utilizing ERP or CRM software to manage workflows and documentation. Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Skills Associate degree in a related field or equivalent professional experience. Direct experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) or similar Field Service Management (FSM) platforms. Proven track record of supporting field technicians in complex installation or maintenance environments.
