Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and PLC-controlled systems. Install, align, and calibrate machinery and equipment. Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical documentation. Inspect equipment and identify potential issues before failures occur. Replace bearings, motors, belts, chains, pumps, valves, and other machine components. Complete maintenance records, work orders, and equipment documentation accurately. Follow OSHA regulations, company policies, and all safety procedures. Assist with equipment installations, upgrades, and continuous improvement projects. Work closely with customers and team members to minimize downtime and maximize equipment reliability. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
