Summary:

Oversees field services personnel who perform on-site routine services including installation, maintenance, and repair of end-point devices. Supervises and manages the service department personnel, including the workload, overtime, and overall demand on labor resource planning. Facilitates project management responsibilities managing the parts and labor resources needed from the initial site visit through to final installation, start-up, and commissioning.
