Provide service during field visits or dispatches. Managing all on-site repair, troubleshoot, maintenance, and test tasks. Diagnose errors or technical problems and determine proper solutions. Responsibilities Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair hurricane protection solutions under warranty Plan and implement the necessary repairs Replace failed components deemed necessary Ensures customer residence and/or job site is returned to original condition. Requirements Valid Driver's License with good driving record Good attitude and ability to work well in a busy environment Hurricane products, impact window, impact doors troubleshooting and repair knowledge Mechanical and simple electrical troubleshooting knowledge Must be comfortable working on ladders and at height Able to lift and carry up to 100lbs. Ability to communicate effectively and courteously with office staff and directly with residential and commercial customers Basic English language skills Ability to read and comprehend instructions Bi-lingual in English and Spanish Follow health and safety protocols Pass background check Qualifications 2+ years of experience
