We are seeking a Service Technician Assistant with experience in hurricane protection solutions, including impact windows, aluminum and screen roll-downs, and accordion shutters. The ideal candidate will support the Service Technician during field visits and service dispatches, assisting with on-site repairs, troubleshooting, maintenance, and testing tasks. Responsibilities also include helping to diagnose technical issues and contributing to the identification of effective solutions. Responsibilities Offer support to the Service Technician to ensure they have everything required to perform their duties effectively. Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair hurricane protection solutions under warranty Planning and replacing failed components deemed necessary Ensures customer residence and/or job site is returned to original condition. Requirements Valid Driver's License with good driving record Good attitude and ability to work well in a busy environment Hurricane products, impact window, impact doors troubleshooting and repair knowledge a plus. Mechanical and simple electrical troubleshooting knowledge Must be comfortable working on ladders and at height Able to lift and carry up to 100lbs. Ability to communicate effectively and courteously with office staff and directly with residential and commercial customers Basic English language skills Ability to read and comprehend instructions Bilingual in English and Spanish is optional Follow health and safety protocols Pass background check
