As a key member of our restoration crew, you will utilize your expertise in water damage restoration, mold remediation, fire restoration, and general building and restoration skills to bring damaged properties back to life. Responsibilities Perform water damage restoration tasks including extraction, drying, and dehumidification. Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively to carry out restoration and repair work. Execute mold remediation procedures following industry standards and guidelines. Assist in fire restoration projects by cleaning, deodorizing, and restoring affected areas. Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively for various restoration tasks. Maintaining a clean and professional appearance. Collaborate with team members to efficiently build and restore damages structures. Maintain a clean and organized work environment throughout the restoration process. Communicate effectively with clients to explain procedures and provide updates on progress. Requirements Previous experience in the restoration industry is preferred but not required; we are willing to train vibrant, motivated individuals. Familiarity with water damage restoration techniques and equipment is advantageous. Experience with fire restoration processes is a plus. Knowledge of mold remediation practices is beneficial. Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools safely and effectively is essential. A strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work as part of a team are important attributes for success in this role.
