Wet Out Restoration is a fast-growing restoration company specializing in water damage, mold remediation, and fire damage cleanup. We pride ourselves on integrity, quality work, and responsive service to our clients. We're seeking a motivated and experienced Field Manager to oversee and support our field technicians while ensuring projects are completed efficiently and according to industry standards.
Responsibilities:
Supervise, schedule, and support field technicians across all job sites Ensure job sites are running smoothly, efficiently, and safely Conduct quality control checks and ensure scope of work is completed accurately Communicate daily with office staff regarding project updates, customer concerns, and scheduling Coordinate equipment deliveries, pickups, and inventory management Provide training and mentorship to new and existing technicians Conduct job site inspections and ensure proper documentation and job photos are collected Act as a liaison between the field team, office, customers, and insurance adjusters Handle any onsite customer concerns in a professional manner Complete required reports and ensure compliance with company and industry protocols Respond promptly to water and mold damage emergencies. Perform water extraction, drying, dehumidification, and remediation processes. Conduct inspections to assess water and mold damage, documenting findings with photos and reports. Use specialized equipment (e.g., moisture meters, air movers, dehumidifiers) to complete restoration tasks. Remove and dispose of affected materials (e.g., drywall, flooring, insulation) as necessary. Apply antimicrobial treatments to prevent future mold growth. Maintain a clean and organized job site during and after restoration work. Communicate effectively with customers, explaining the restoration process and ensuring satisfaction. Adhere to company policies, safety protocols, and industry standards. Maintain tools and equipment in good working order.
Qualifications:
Minimum 2 years of restoration or construction industry experience Strong leadership and communication skills Knowledge of water, mold, and fire restoration procedures Ability to multitask and problem-solve under pressure Valid driver's license and clean driving record Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physically demanding tasks. Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills. Excellent communication and customer service abilities. Willingness to work flexible hours, including on-call shifts for emergencies. IICRC certification preferred (WRT, ASD, AMRT, etc.) Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
