Bi-Lingual Field Technician (Restaurant POS & Networking) Join Our Growing Team! We're looking for a motivated Bi-Lingual Field Technician who enjoys technology, problem-solving, and working directly with restaurant owners. ✅ Must-Have Qualifications Fluent in English & Spanish OR English & Mandarin Hands-on experience with the Toast POS system Reliable transportation Strong customer service and communication skills Preferred Experience 1-3 years of restaurant industry experience Basic networking knowledge (routers, Wi-Fi, Ethernet) Detail-oriented and highly organized Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Professional, adaptable, and dependable What You'll Do Install and configure Toast POS hardware Terminals Handhelds Printers Other peripherals Install and configure networking equipment Routers Wireless Access Points Consult with restaurant owners and chefs to customize Toast POS Train restaurant staff, including: Front of House Back of House Management Create implementation documentation and network diagrams Diagnose and resolve networking issues Run and terminate Ethernet cables when needed Travel & Schedule Local travel required Up to 25% U.S. travel Monday-Friday schedule with flexibility as needed We're Looking For Someone Who Is ✔ Customer-focused✔ Tech-savvy✔ Self-motivated✔ Professional under pressure✔ Ready to grow with an expanding team Apply today and become part of a company helping restaurants succeed with industry-leading technology!
