A Field Service Technician services and repairs equipment and machines in a variety of customer locations such as residential, commercial, or industrial settings. Workers in this field can specialize in the diagnosis, maintenance, and repair of industrial, hardware, construction or electronic equipment just to name a few. These roles may work in a variety of remote locations and can travel up to multiple locations in a day.
As a Field Service Engineer I here at Honeywell, you will provide continuing service support for Honeywell's QCS and CWS platforms used in Pulp and Paper & other associated industries in Pensacola, FL.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Preventive Maintenance, Corrective Maintenance, and Emergency Support maintenance of customer's for various Honeywell Quality Control Systems. Troubleshoot and solve system and process related problems. Perform sensor verification and calibration. Publish critical reporting to customers including Monthly Performance, Results Reports, Correction Action Reports. Actively interface with customers at all levels. Ensure customer satisfaction through oral and written communication. Provide occasional vacation coverage and 7 X 24 emergency support to customer and other technicians.
YOU MUST HAVE 1
year of experience using Basic Windows and Microsoft Office experience Willing less to provide occasional vacation coverage and 7 X 24 emergency support to customer and other technicians.
