Field Service Technician Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Field Service Technician specializing in copier and printer repair to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in field service, including equipment repair, networking, and installation of print and scan devices. This role involves providing exceptional customer service while maintaining and repairing a variety of office imaging equipment across our service area from the Skyway to Punta Gorda. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring optimal operation of client equipment through timely repairs, installations, and support. Responsibilities Perform on-site repairs and maintenance of copiers, printers, and scanning equipment to ensure minimal downtime for clients. Install, configure, and troubleshoot print and scan devices, including networking setup and integration into client systems. Provide excellent customer service by addressing client needs professionally and efficiently during service visits. Diagnose technical issues accurately and implement effective solutions to restore equipment functionality. Maintain detailed service records, including work performed, parts used, and recommendations for future maintenance. Assist with network connectivity issues related to printing devices to ensure seamless operation within client environments. Follow safety protocols and company procedures during all field activities to ensure a safe working environment. Qualifications Proven experience as a copier and printer technician with a strong background in field service operations. Knowledge of networking concepts related to print devices, including installation and troubleshooting. Ability to perform equipment repairs efficiently with minimal supervision. Excellent customer service skills with a professional demeanor. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; willingness to travel within the service area from the Skyway to Punta Gorda. Pay:

$25.00 - $30.00 per hour Expected hours: 35.0 per week
