00 per hour Job description: Job Overview We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Field Technician / Display Services Specialist to join our growing team in the North Tampa, FL area. This technician will be responsible for the maintenance and servicing of digital and static advertising displays across multiple venue locations. The role involves monthly venue visits and responding to service calls as needed for damaged equipment or urgent onsite maintenance. This is an hourly position, available as part-time or full-time, offering flexibility, independence, and the opportunity to support a fast-growing network of advertising installations in a dynamic market. Key Responsibilities

• Perform routine monthly visits to each assigned venue to inspect, clean, test, and maintain advertising display units.
• Respond to service calls for damaged or malfunctioning displays, including troubleshooting hardware issues and replacing components onsite.
• Install, uninstall, or relocate display hardware and mounting equipment when necessary.
• Document service visits using a mobile application or internal tracking software, including before/after photos and service logs.
• Maintain professional and courteous communication with venue staff and company management.
• Monitor inventory of replacement parts and supplies and report restock needs.
• Ensure safety standards and company protocols are followed at all times. Qualifications
• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certifications a plus.
• Prior experience in field service, electronic hardware maintenance, or similar technical role preferred.
• Proficiency using basic tools (screwdrivers, drills, mounting equipment).
• Comfortable working independently in the field with minimal supervision.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.
• Must be able to lift up to 40 lbs and be comfortable standing, bending, or working on ladders when needed.
• Ability to travel locally within the North Tampa area (mileage reimbursement may be provided). Benefits & Compensation
