We specialize in water, mold, and fire damage restoration and are building a team around accountability, quality, and growth. We are looking for an experienced Crew Chief who can take ownership of jobs in the field, lead technicians, communicate professionally with customers, and make sure the work gets done right. This is not an entry-level role. We need someone who can walk onto a job, understand what needs to happen, organize the crew, manage the work, document it properly, and represent Rhino at a high level. If you need constant direction, this is probably not the right role. If you take pride in leading from the front and want an opportunity to grow into Project Management or Operations leadership, we want to talk. What You'll Be Responsible For Lead water, mold, and fire mitigation projects from setup through completion Manage and direct technicians in the field Set up and monitor dehumidifiers, air movers, HEPA air scrubbers, and containment Perform and supervise controlled demolition Complete moisture mapping, readings, photos, job notes, and documentation Evaluate drying progress and make equipment adjustments Keep jobs clean, organized, safe, and moving forward Communicate professionally with homeowners, property managers, and internal staff Identify issues before they become problems Maintain accountability for equipment, vehicles, tools, and inventory Train and develop technicians Enforce PPE and safety requirements Make sure Rhino's standards are followed on every job What We're Looking For You should already have restoration field experience and be comfortable taking charge.

Required:

Water, mold, or fire restoration experience Crew Chief, Lead Technician, or comparable leadership experience Strong knowledge of structural drying and mitigation procedures Experience using moisture meters and drying equipment Experience setting containment and performing demolition Ability to manage technicians and hold people accountable Strong customer communication skills Excellent documentation habits Valid driver's license and clean driving record Ability to perform physical field work and lift restoration equipment Comfortable working in attics, crawlspaces, and damaged environments Comfortable wearing PPE and following safety protocols

IICRC WRT IICRC ASD IICRC AMRT
