This position is ideal for a skilled professional with experience in drywall hanging, finishing, repairs, painting, and light construction work who takes pride in quality workmanship and professionalism. The successful candidate will perform drywall, painting, and general construction activities within active healthcare and commercial environments while maintaining compliance with infection control, safety, and project requirements. Candidates must be self-motivated, professional, and capable of working flexible schedules, including overtime, weekends and holidays when project demands require. Responsibilities Prepare surfaces and perform painting as required Install containment systems and maintain infection control barriers Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently Perform demolition and reconstruction activities as directed Maintain compliance with Infection Control Risk Assessment (ICRA) requirements Complete daily documentation and project reporting Ensure work areas remain clean, safe, and organized Communicate professionally with supervisors, hospital personnel, customers, vendors, and coworkers Follow company safety procedures and standard operating practices Support project schedules and deadlines as assigned Qualifications Experience in drywall, construction, demolition, painting, or a related trade Must have own reliable vehicle Must have own hand tools Must be willing to work a flexible schedule Must be available for overtime, evening, weekend and holiday work when necessary Strong verbal and written communication skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Join us to make a tangible difference by restoring businesses while advancing your career in the thriving restoration industry!
Pay:
$22.00 - $24.00 per hour
