Full Job Description Position :

Natural stone restoration technician - You will be cleaning and restoring natural stone, including marble, travertine, limestone and terrazzo. including floors, countertops and showers. Also cleaning tile and grout, carpets and other hard surfaces with truck mounted equipment. This is

NOT A JANITORIAL

position. You will be driving to different sites daily. No direct experience required. Just willingness to learn and drive to be successful in a growingh business.

Days:

Monday thru Friday occasional weekends. Paid holiday and vacation time after 90 days.

Pay :

Hourly w/tips. Starting pay based on experience and training needed. Job based commission potential. What do I have to do:

• Be able to operate commercial truck mounted equipment that cleans tile and stone, upholstery and carpet. + learn how to use provided products at appropate times.
• Follow proper steps to clean tile and grout, polish travertine, marble and terrazzo flooring.
• Be able to work independently, and directly with customers.
• Be pleasant, clean cut and have a good manor with customers.
• Keep the truck and euipment clean. Load and unload equipment at the end of day.
• Adapt to stiutaions that arrise

Requirements:

• Experience in Floor care preffered.
• Have a current and valid driver's license, with a clean record and be able to responsibly drive a commercial van.
• This is a physically active position. Walking, lifting, bending, pushing and pulling equipment.
• Must be able to lift/carry equipment 45 lbs. more or less.
• Be able to pass a background check and drug test.
• Have reliable transportation to and from work.
• Be willing to learn new skills.
• Be a skilled professional, present yourself well, be organized, timely and provide superior customer service.
