Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Restoration Lead Technician to join our team and drive excellence in property restoration projects. In this vital role, you will lead restoration efforts for water, fire, flood, and mold-related damages, ensuring that each project is completed efficiently, safely, and to the highest standards. Your expertise will help clients recover from devastating events while maintaining a safe work environment through strict adherence to safety protocols. Responsibilities Lead and coordinate restoration projects involving water damage, fire damage, flood recovery, mold remediation, asbestos abatement, and other property restoration services. Perform hands-on restoration tasks using hand tools, power tools, carpet cleaning equipment, and specialized remediation techniques. Ensure all work complies with safety protocols including PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) use and respiratory protection standards. Operate company vehicles safely for on-site transportation to various job locations. Respond promptly to emergency calls for disaster response readiness and provide on-call coverage as needed. Prepare detailed estimates using Xactimate software and document project progress with accuracy. Maintain clear communication with clients, team members, and insurance adjusters to ensure customer satisfaction throughout the restoration process. Skills Extensive experience in the restoration industry with a focus on water damage, fire restoration, flood recovery, mold remediation, and asbestos abatement.

Certified. Strong knowledge of safety protocols including PPE use and respiratory protection to ensure a safe working environment. Ability to operate hand tools, power tools, carpet cleaning equipment, and construction-related machinery efficiently. Proficiency in Xactimate estimating software for project documentation and billing purposes. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally with clients during stressful situations. Demonstrated emergency response readiness with on-call coverage experience for disaster situations. Construction experience is highly desirable to facilitate repairs beyond basic cleanup efforts.
