Job Description

We are seeking a dependable In-Field Service Technician to assist with the maintenance and repair of peanut combines and related agricultural equipment. This position requires working directly in the field during harvest season and being comfortable working as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Perform repairs and maintenance on peanut combines in the field Replace bearings, belts, hoses, and other mechanical components Diagnose and repair hydraulic systems Troubleshoot basic electrical systems and wiring Assist with preventative maintenance and equipment inspections Work closely with other technicians and operators to complete repairs efficiently Maintain a safe and organized work area Requirements Mechanical experience preferred; agricultural equipment experience is a plus Basic knowledge of hydraulic and electrical systems Ability to use hand and power tools Ability to work outdoors and around agricultural equipment Dependable transportation and strong attendance Must be willing to work overtime and extended hours during harvest season Ability to work well as part of a team
Schedule:
Full-time with overtime required as needed during peak season.
