Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and skilled Field Service Technician to join our dynamic team! Duties Install new appliances, HVAC systems, refrigeration units, and kitchen equipment according to schematics and technical specifications Perform routine maintenance, inspections, and preventive care on mechanical systems to ensure optimal performance Diagnose issues using schematics, technical manuals, and diagnostic tools; execute repairs efficiently Repair or replace mechanical components such as compressors, motors, valves, and control panels Conduct HVAC & appliance technology troubleshooting including air conditioning, refrigeration, and heating systems Operate company vehicle safely while traveling to customer sites; manage time effectively to meet service schedules Provide excellent customer service by explaining repairs clearly and ensuring customer satisfaction during every visit Experience Proven service technician experience with appliance repair, HVAC system repair, or refrigeration maintenance Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience repairing mechanical systems and equipment Familiarity with schematics, technical manuals, and diagnostic tools used in appliance and HVAC troubleshooting Experience with maintenance, repair and operations (MRO) practices across construction or industrial settings Ability to operate HVAC/R equipment safely and effectively; understanding of air conditioning systems is essential Demonstrated leadership skills in guiding team members or mentoring apprentices is a plus Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; experience operating company vehicles preferred Join us to become part of a dedicated team committed to delivering top-tier service through technical excellence! $32.00 - $38.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 - 55.0 per week
