Job Description

The Restoration Technician will be primarily responsible for the cleanup phase of residential or commercial businesses that has experienced water, fire and mold damage. The Restoration Technician will set up, monitor progress, and take down the drying equipment. Our Restoration Technicians perform basic labor tasks, such as demolition and removal of debris. The Restoration Technician will discuss field observations with the Office Manager to ensure project execution and accuracy is timely. The Restoration Technician will also provide carpet, tile & grout, hardwood floor, air duct and cleaning services, for customers as needed. ASD and WRT Certification preferred but not required. Job Requirements Water Extraction. Performing demolitions and light construction tasks. Setting up and monitoring drying equipment. Keeping the box trucks clean and well organized Cleaning up and debris removal of drywall, cabinetry, and flooring that may be damaged.

Setting up containment, decontaminating, setting up/monitoring remediation equipmentProviding updates to your direct supervisor daily using a job diary. Must maintain a safe work record and identify potentially unsafe working scenarios or conditions. Good communication, mechanical and technical skills. Drive company vehicle as needed. Upon returning to the branch, turn in all payments and paperwork to designated person. Upholding all company safety policies.
