Job Description

Digital Office Equipment Provides All Paid Training for our Service Field Technicians which are the backbone of our company. This role provides mechanical and electronic support to our customers with a high level of customer service and expertise. Digital Office Equipment provides all the tools, equipment, and vehicle required to successfully perform their responsibilities. Technicians are responsible for traveling to the customer's location and making any repairs or adjustments necessary to ensure the customer's equipment is producing at the expected efficiency intended by the manufacturer. Above all other functions, the Service Field Technician is a
CUSTOMER SERVICE
position and is expected to ensure 100% of customer interactions exceed our customers' expectations. Position requires the ability to lift and move items up to 50 lbs unassisted.
