Requirements:

Responsibilities Respond to water and fire incidents promptly, assess damage, and establish a safety plan for site operations. Perform water extraction, drying, dehumidification, debris removal, and basic cleaning; assist with fire/smoke odor control and surface cleaning. Utilize hand tools and power tools as needed; apply PPE and follow safety protocols for personal and team safety. Communicate clearly with customers and team members; provide status updates and document procedures and outcomes. Maintain equipment, monitor moisture meters, and track progress to ensure timely restoration completion. Summary Water and Fire Restoration Technicians respond to emergencies to mitigate damage from water, fire, and related hazards. You will perform cleaning, restoration, and construction tasks, while providing exceptional customer service and communicating clearly with clients. This role requires on-call availability, adherence to safety protocols, PPE usage, and driving to job sites. You will work with hand and power tools.
