This role requires a strong understanding of mechanical equipment and the ability to work with hand tools effectively. You will be working on frozen and beverage equipment. The Installation Technician will play a crucial role in ensuring that all installations and service issues meet to our standards and client specifications. We will train the right candidate. This requires some out of town travel, majority home at night but could be an overnight. You will average being on call approximately once a month, once fully trained. You will be driving a company vehicle that you will take home. For this you will need a good driving record. Our company is a DOT mandated company. For this you will need a clean driving record with no DUIs, you will be in a random drug pool and will have to pass a pre-employment drug test and physical. Responsibilities Install and service all frozen and beverage equipment. Utilize hand tools and electrical equipment to complete installations efficiently. Perform routine maintenance checks and troubleshoot any issues with installed systems. Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and provide exceptional service. Document installation processes and maintain accurate records of work performed. Helping out with product and CO2 deliveries. Skills Proficiency in using hand tools and Hvac equipment for system installations and repairs Ability to diagnose issues with the equipment effectively Great customer service skills Join our team as an Installation/Service Technician where your skills will contribute to enhancing our teams ability to serve our customers
