Job Description

Join our growing field team as a Restoration Technician . In this role, you will lead the initial response for homes and businesses facing sudden property damage. From flooding and pipe bursts to fire and mold issues, your mission is to secure the property, prevent further damage, and jumpstart the recovery process.
Core Duties On-Site Mitigation:
Execute water removal, structural drying, mold abatement, and fire damage cleanup.
Controlled Demolition:
Carefully remove affected building materials such as drywall, flooring, and insulation.
Equipment Management:
Deploy, monitor, and adjust specialized equipment like commercial air movers and LGR dehumidifiers.
Field Documentation:
Use a company smartphone or tablet to take pre-loss photos, track drying logs, and map affected rooms.
Customer Support:
Provide reassuring, professional guidance to homeowners during stressful property losses.
Emergency Availability:
Work standard day shifts while participating in an equitable, rotating after-hours on-call schedule.
Requirements & Skills Physical Fitness:
Ability to lift up to 75 pounds, stand for long durations, and work in confined environments.
Safe Driver:
Valid driver's license and a clean driving history to safely navigate our service trucks across Pocatello.
Professional Integrity:
Must successfully pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening. Background must be clear of felonies & misdemeanors.
Adaptability:
A positive, team-oriented attitude with a willingness to learn— we fully train entry-level candidates .

Job Type:
Full-time Pay Range:
$18.00 - $25.00 per hour (plus overtime and on-call bonuses)
