Job Description
Duties:
- Demolition
- Clean and restore properties affected by water, fire, mold, bio, or other damage
- Perform mold remediation
- Utilize hand tools and power tools to demo damaged area
- Handle customer concerns and help them through the restoration process
- Perform inspections and sell jobs
Requirements:
- Clean appearance, no drugs/smoking
- drivers license
- Be able and willing to work in crawl spaces or other tight spaces
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers and respect their property.
- With some training, be able to bid restoration jobs Starting wage for a demo technician is $17
- 20 an hour, depending on experience, plus performance bonuses that make it closer to $20
- 22 an hour.
