We are seeking a Mitigation/Restoration Technician to join our growing team and help take care of our customers in the Treasure Valley. True Restore is a locally owned mitigation company that responds to disasters caused by water, fire, and mold in people's homes. We are looking for someone that is highly motivated, has good people skills, and can work well with their hands. We are looking for someone who already has some experience in mitigation, but are also willing to train the right person. Experience in sales is also very beneficial, as we are always looking for quality sales reps. This role is full-time. As a restoration technician, you would be responsible with mitigating damages by performing demolition, cleaning, and drying out customers homes. There is opportunity to grow quickly into a lead mitigation role or project manager role, so we want someone who is ambitious, trustworthy, and eager to excel. Our technicians are clean cut, background checked, provide great customer service, and take pride in doing things the right way. We need someone with a flexible schedule and willingness to be on-call when needed.

Duties:

• Demolition
• Clean and restore properties affected by water, fire, mold, bio, or other damage
• Perform mold remediation
• Utilize hand tools and power tools to demo damaged area
• Handle customer concerns and help them through the restoration process
• Perform inspections and sell jobs

Requirements:

• Clean appearance, no drugs/smoking
• drivers license
• Be able and willing to work in crawl spaces or other tight spaces
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers and respect their property.
• With some training, be able to bid restoration jobs Starting wage for a demo technician is $17
• 20 an hour, depending on experience, plus performance bonuses that make it closer to $20
• 22 an hour.
