Service Technician - Entry Level

Job description Progressive Dairy Service has been supplying and servicing businesses in the Magic Valley for 20 years. We are a family-owned company that is proud to support local family-owned dairy farms. We are looking for someone eager to go the extra mile to exceed customer satisfaction and is willing to work in a fast-paced service environment. Industry training is provided. This job will have you eventually join as a member of our on-call team rotation to cover service calls for after-hours, holidays and weekends. This listing is for an entry level position and limited to no experience is acceptable. We offer excellent and competitive pay.

Job Details Pay:

$16 - $20 an hour

On Call Qualifications:

Driver's License (required) High school diploma or equivalent (preferred) Clean driving record (preferred) Benefits Medical, Dental and Vision Insurance Paid Time Off Holidays, Vacation, and Sick Days Simple IRA On the Job Training Responsibilities Respond to service calls and dairy emergencies Complete scheduled maintenance workorders Obtain all necessary certifications Control and maintain truck inventory Communicate effectively with supervisor, coworkers and clients Demonstrate good customer service skills Adapt to on-call rotations and be able to work alternative shifts such as weekends, holidays, or evenings. Be able to learn the use of technology and tools used to complete your work and keep time of that work.
