FIELD & SERVICE DUTIES

Perform basic water testing and help homeowners resolve water quality issues Install, service, and repair water softeners, iron filters, and reverse osmosis systems Diagnose and troubleshoot plumbing and water treatment equipment issues Recommend system improvements or replacements when appropriate Ensure all work meets safety standards and local codes

CUSTOMER & SALES SUPPORT

Explain system operation, maintenance, and service options to customers Complete service documentation using mobile device

GENERAL DUTIES

Maintain company vehicle, tools, and equipment Follow safety protocols and company standards Work independently and as part of a team Provide reliable, professional service on every job

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

Valid driver's license and clean driving record Strong customer service and communication skills Comfortable working in basements, mechanical rooms, and confined spaces Ability to lift equipment and navigate stairs Experience in home services, plumbing, or mechanical installation
