Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Service Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a variety of coffee equipment and systems. This role requires technical expertise and a commitment to delivering high-quality service to our clients. As a Service Technician, you will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction through effective problem-solving and timely service. Duties Perform routine maintenance and repairs on equipment and systems as required. Utilize diagnostic tools, including an ohmmeter, to troubleshoot electrical issues. Document all service activities accurately and maintain detailed records of repairs performed. Communicate effectively with clients regarding service needs and recommendations. Collaborate with team members to enhance operational efficiency and service quality. Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations while performing tasks. Experience Previous experience as a Service Technician or in a similar technical role is preferred. Proficiency in using diagnostic tools, especially an ohmmeter, is essential. Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently or as part of a team. Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with clients and colleagues.
