Must-Haves Must live within 50 miles of a major airport Willingness to travel 90 to 100% Ability to troubleshoot using I/O structure and electrical and electronic test equipment Ability to diagnose and resolve mechanical and electrical issues from measured data Strong skills reading technical manuals and documentation Clear, accurate service documentation and reporting Proficiency with Microsoft Office Strong customer service skills and ability to work with minimal supervision Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship What You'll Do Install and commission new CNC laser equipment at customer sites Diagnose and resolve equipment issues on site Demonstrate machine software capabilities to customers Document all service performed and future service needs Complete service reports, timesheets, and expense reports on time Support the sales team on equipment service Work safely within OSHA guidelines Work overtime as customer needs require Nice-to-Haves Experience with CNC laser cutting, tube cutting, or turning machinery Background in field service for machine tool OEMs Compensation and Benefits $30 to $45 per hour plus overtime Medical, dental, and vision 401(k) with match Company-paid short and long-term disability 15 days PTO to start 10 paid holidays About the Company A world-leading OEM of CNC laser cutting and turning machinery, growing its field service team nationwide.
