POSITION DUTIES

Installing and troubleshooting hardware and software systems on Video Gaming Terminal (VGT) & Redemption Terminal (RT) systems Maintaining or repairing Video Gaming equipment Troubleshooting a variety of VGT/RT issues Configuring computer networks Offering technical support on-site or via phone Collect, refill and perform basic maintenance on RTs in Licensed establishments Collect from VGTs installed at Licensed Establishments Interact with establishment owners and patrons in a professional and courteous manner Adhere to all Company policies and documented procedures Ability to obtain and maintain a Terminal Handler License from the Illinois Gaming Board Ensures all security procedures are followed Coverage of large geographic territory - willingness to drive throughout the State of Illinois Must be available for night/weekend shifts Candidates must live within 50 miles of Moline/Rock Island, Illinois to be considered.

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

All Field Service Technicians will need to be licensed by the Illinois Gaming Board.

The Illinois Gaming Board will not issue a license if you have been convicted of a felony or crime involving dishonesty or moral turpitude. Flexibility is a must and patience is a virtue.
