• 35 per hour, based on experience Advance Restoration LLC is a growing water damage and restoration company looking for a strong, experienced Lead Technician to join our team.

This is NOT an entry-level position . We are looking for someone who knows restoration, understands water mitigation, and can take control of a job site from start to finish. We need a hands-on leader who can lead a crew, make the right decisions in the field, communicate with customers, and ensure the job is completed correctly and professionally. What We're Looking For 3+ years of water damage/restoration experience preferred Strong knowledge of water mitigation and structural drying Understanding of

IICRC S500

standards and industry practices Experience with Category 1, 2, and 3 water losses Experience with demolition and removal of damaged materials Knowledge of moisture mapping, moisture readings, and drying techniques Experience operating and properly placing air movers, dehumidifiers, air scrubbers, and other drying equipment Ability to determine when materials have reached proper drying goals Experience documenting jobs with photos, moisture readings, notes, and equipment logs Ability to lead and direct technicians on site Strong communication and customer service skills Physically capable of performing demanding restoration work Valid driver's license Reliable, organized, professional, and able to work independently Willingness to respond to emergency water damage situations when needed Responsibilities Lead water mitigation projects from initial inspection through completion Assess water damage and determine the appropriate mitigation procedures Perform and supervise demolition and removal of affected materials Develop and implement proper drying plans Set up, monitor, and remove drying equipment Take and document moisture readings Train and direct technicians Maintain clean, safe, and organized job sites Communicate job progress and issues to management Complete accurate daily documentation and drying logs Follow company safety procedures and industry standards Represent Advance Restoration LLC professionally with customers, property managers, plumbers, and insurance representatives We Want a Leader — Not Just a Technician The person we hire needs to be able to take ownership of the job .
