Qualifications Must-Haves:

Leadership Potential :

Prior experience leading a team, running a shift, or managing projects (open to all industries, including military veterans, retail supervisors, or warehouse leads).

License :

Current and valid Driver's License with a clean driving record (Required).

Screenings :

Ability to pass a criminal background check, drug/alcohol screening, and DOT physical.

Physical Fitness :

Ability to lift 50 lbs and perform active, physical labor.

Language :

Fluent in English (Speaking & Writing Required).

Education :

High School Diploma or equivalent.

Ideally Also Have:

Excellent communication, problem-solving, and conflict-resolution skills. Strong attention to detail and professional appearance. Ability to work efficiently both supervised or unsupervised. Basic computer/tablet skills for daily project tracking and digital documentation.

General Job Responsibilities Team Leadership :

Guide, train, and motivate technicians or crew members on job sites to maintain Protechs' high standards.

Field Work :

Act as a frontline leader for disaster response, emergency mitigation, water extraction, structural drying, and demolition.

Contents Management :

Oversee the professional pack-out/in process, including detailed inventorying, photographing, and vault storage.

Project Support :

Partner closely with the Project Manager to manage timelines, track deadlines, and keep projects within budget.

Documentation :

Oversee the accurate completion of daily digital logs, timecards, vehicle records, and project tracking.

Customer Care :

Interact compassionately and professionally with customers during stressful or sensitive situations.

Emergency Rotation :

Join our 24-hour emergency response team for one week every 4-6 weeks. We deeply value your work-life balance and ensure this rotation is fair and predictable.
