General Job Responsibilities Team Leadership :
Guide, train, and motivate technicians or crew members on job sites to maintain Protechs' high standards.
Field Work :
Act as a frontline leader for disaster response, emergency mitigation, water extraction, structural drying, and demolition.
Contents Management :
Oversee the professional pack-out/in process, including detailed inventorying, photographing, and vault storage.
Project Support :
Partner closely with the Project Manager to manage timelines, track deadlines, and keep projects within budget.
Documentation :
Oversee the accurate completion of daily digital logs, timecards, vehicle records, and project tracking.
Customer Care :
Interact compassionately and professionally with customers during stressful or sensitive situations.
Emergency Rotation :
