Pay Rate:

- _ •What you'll be doing as a
Fire And Water Damage Construction Technician:
- + Perform demolition and removal of damaged building materials + Complete structural repairs, reconstruction, and finishing work + Install drywall, insulation, flooring, trim, cabinetry, and other building components + Conduct water damage repairs, moisture control, and drying support activities + Repair and restore fire- and smoke-damaged structures + Read and interpret construction plans, work orders, and project specifications + Operate hand and power tools safely and effectively + Follow OSHA and company safety standards at all job sites + Maintain a clean and organized work environment + Communicate professionally with homeowners, property managers, insurance representatives, and team members + Document work completed and report project progress to supervisors + Assist with emergency response services when required •Available shifts:•

1st Shift (Day)- Job requirements:
- + Applicants must be at least 18 years of age to be considered for employment with PeopleReady + High school diploma or GED preferred + Experience in construction, restoration, carpentry, remodeling, or related trades preferred + Knowledge of residential and commercial construction methods + Ability to use construction tools and equipment safely + Strong problem-solving and time-management skills + Ability to work independently and as part of a team + Valid driver's license with a clean driving record + Restoration certifications (IICRC, WRT, ASD, or equivalent) are a plus but not required + Ability to lift and carry up to 50-75 pounds + Frequent bending, kneeling, climbing, and standing for extended periods + Ability to work in varying weather conditions and disaster environments + Comfortable working on ladders and in confined spaces when necessary + Background check and drug test required •Ready to take control of the way you work?
