Duties and Responsibilities:

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. Clean and pack contents for a variety of losses including fire, water, and mold. 2. Operate mitigation equipment such as dehumidifiers and fans. 3. Consistently utilize proper PPE such as Tyvek, full face respirators, rubber gloves, etc. 4. Utilize a variety of hand tools. 5. Operate company systems and maintain proper usage as well as properly documenting all aspects of mitigation jobs. 6. Maintain a flexible daily schedule. 7. Communicate with Project Managers, Operations Manager, and Office Administrator throughout the workday.

Working Conditions:

1. Working both indoors and outdoors in both residential and commercial settings. 2. Continuous movement and heavy lifting throughout the day.

Qualifications:

High School Diploma Competencies:

1. Must be able to work as a part of a team to achieve the company's overall goals. 2. Must demonstrate clear verbal and written communication skills. 3.
