This is a field-based role ideal for someone who enjoys travel, problem-solving, and working directly with advanced equipment in manufacturing environments. Key Responsibilities Install and commission industrial machinery at customer locations and internal facilities Perform machine setup, alignment, and basic run-off to ensure proper functionality Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical, electrical, and installation-related issues Inspect and repair equipment for any damage related to shipping or handling Assist with rigging, loading/unloading, and safe transport of machinery Support teardown, packaging, and relocation of equipment as needed Maintain a clean and organized work environment in line with safety standards Collaborate with internal teams and customers to ensure successful installations Qualifications 2+ years of experience in field service, installation, maintenance, or manufacturing environments Strong mechanical and/or electrical troubleshooting skills Experience with industrial equipment, automation systems, or CNC machinery preferred Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals Comfortable using hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment Experience with hydraulics, pneumatics, or basic electrical systems is a plus Ability to operate forklifts, cranes, or rigging equipment is highly preferred Valid driver's license required What We're Looking For Hands-on, mechanically inclined problem solver Comfortable in a travel-based role with customer interaction Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work Ability to adapt in fast-paced, dynamic environments Team-oriented with strong communication skills Physical Requirements Ability to lift up to 50 lbs Frequent standing, walking, bending, and working around heavy machinery Why Apply?
