Entry-level 2 pay starts at $38 per hour and increases with experience, plus the potential to take home a company service truck. We're looking for a strong diagnostician who finds the root cause and fixes it right the first time, not just someone who swaps parts. This role is for experienced technicians (Level 2 or 3). We are not hiring at the entry level for this position. Main responsibilities Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair construction and heavy equipment, trucks, and vehicles in the field Troubleshoot electrical systems, wiring, hydraulics, engines, and electronic controls Read and work from electrical, hydraulic, and mechanical schematics Use diagnostic software such as Cummins INSITE, Diesel Laptops, or equivalent Find the root cause and solve complex equipment problems What we're looking for 5+ years of experience as a heavy equipment technician Strong mechanical and diagnostic skills Excellent electrical and wiring troubleshooting abilities Ability to diagnose hydraulic and electronic systems Ability to read electrical, hydraulic, and mechanical schematics Experience using diagnostic software such as Cummins INSITE, Diesel Laptops, or equivalent Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to customer job sites Levels Level 2: Diagnoses and repairs most equipment independently across mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems. Level 3: Advanced diagnostics across engine, hydraulic, electrical, electronic control, and A/C systems; handles the most complex jobs.
