Why Join EMS? $21-$25/hour based on experience 401(k) with company matching Health, dental & vision insurance Paid time off Paid training Opportunities for advancement Locally owned and operated Team-oriented environment where your work is valued What You'll Do Lead and work alongside technicians on water and fire mitigation projects Perform water extraction, demolition, and cleanup Set up and monitor structural drying equipment Use hand and power tools Communicate with customers and address their needs Help train and support other technicians Maintain clean, organized vehicles and equipment Complete job-site cleanup and follow safety procedures What We're Looking For 1-5 years of water, mold, or restoration experience preferred Fire restoration experience preferred IICRC certifications a plus Valid driver's license required High school diploma/GED Dependable, professional, and able to communicate well Comfortable working independently and as part of a team Available for a rotating on-call schedule The Reality of Restoration This is a hands-on, physical job . You should be comfortable working in heat, cold, wet conditions, crawl spaces, tight areas, and around restoration chemicals. Ability to lift 50 lbs. regularly and up to 100 lbs. with assistance is required. Ready to Join the EMS Team?
