You'll get training from our best technician, and you'll be up and running on your own within about 1 month. This position will start out as Part Time eventually transferring to a full time position. Candidate must be willing to travel and work throughout both the Louisville and Lexington, Kentucky territories, as this position supports customers in both markets. What You'll Be Responsible For as a Service Technician When you meet with potential Dryer Vent Wizard customers, you'll: Complete dryer vent diagnostic inspections. Problem-solve issues and offer customer complete solutions. Clean, repair, and install dryer vents. Are You a Good Fit? You'll be great at this job if: You love figuring out the root problems and coming up with complete solutions. You communicate easily with people and know how to explain things well. You like to fix things on the spot. You'll be doing everything in one visit. You prefer to work independently. You'll be working from your own company-provided van and doing jobs on your own. You're comfortable with ladders, being on roofs 2 or 3 stories off the ground, and crawling in tight spaces. You keep your cool around bugs, spiders, birds, and other creatures you might discover in the process. You know how to use tools. You care about safer homes. Many Dryer Vent Wizard Service Technicians used to be firefighters. In this role, you'll help prevent fires!
