CNC Field Service Technician BG and Sons Machines is looking for an experienced and motivated CNC Field Service Technician to join our growing team! We are a small, family-operated company with a large and growing customer base , and we're looking for the right person to help us continue providing the dependable, hands-on service our customers have come to expect.
Position:
CNC Field Service Technician As a CNC Field Service Technician, you will travel to customer facilities to troubleshoot, repair, maintain, and service CNC and other industrial machinery. We're looking for someone who enjoys solving problems, working independently, and building strong relationships with customers.
Responsibilities Include:
Troubleshoot and repair CNC machines and industrial equipment Diagnose mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and machine-control issues Perform preventative maintenance and machine inspections Complete machine repairs, installations, and service work Communicate clearly with customers regarding repairs and recommendations Document completed service work and required follow-up Travel to customer locations throughout our service area Provide professional, dependable customer service
What We're Looking For:
Previous CNC machine repair/service experience preferred Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills Knowledge of CNC controls, hydraulics, pneumatics, and machine systems is a plus Ability to read electrical and mechanical schematics Self-motivated and comfortable working independently in the field Strong problem-solving and communication skills Valid driver's license and willingness to travel Dependable, organized, and willing to be part of a growing company Why BG and Sons Machines?
