Acadiana Wireless is looking for a dependable, motivated person to join our team as a Broadband / Wireless Internet Technician . This is an entry-level position, and we are willing to train the right person . You will help install, maintain, and troubleshoot wireless internet equipment for residential and business customers throughout the Acadiana area. Responsibilities Install and troubleshoot wireless internet equipment Install and run Ethernet and low-voltage cable Configure routers, radios, and other network equipment Troubleshoot customer internet connectivity issues Perform service calls and equipment replacements Work on ladders, rooftops, towers, and other elevated locations when required Use hand and power tools Work outdoors in varying weather conditions Maintain company equipment and vehicles Provide professional and courteous customer service Learn and work with wireless networking equipment and technologies We're looking for someone who wants to learn a skilled trade and grow with the company.
